Document Description | Manuscript copy with no application. Dated by Larpent, Olympic, February 17th. Thérèse is the daughter of a noble Genevan family, but as her father was of inferior rank, her mother concealed her, and she was raised as an orphan taken in by the family. Upon the death of her mother she is left the entire family fortune. Her relatives take issue with this and accuse her of forging the will. |
