Document Description | Contains: Copy of list of subscribers (1813); Debenture referring to Richard Wilson and Mrs Richardson (1813); Disclaimer document concerning Charles Combe and Richard Wilson renouncing bequests from the last will of Joseph Richardson (May 1813); Draft assignment document between Sarah Richardson the Elder and others to the Theatre Royal Drury Lane Company of proprietors of 12 debentures and the principal money and interest thereby secured on the late Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the property thereof and also of one fourth part or share of the same Theatre and Property. It contains note in different ink: ‘This draft is copied from an imperfect one; that that which was delivered to Mr Wilson is the only one finally settled by Mr Hughes’ (1813); Theatre Royal Drury Lane Share Certificates issued in the name of Richard Wilson Esq each containing a seal.
