Additional Information Apparently not performed. Manuscript dated by Larpent Aug. 2 and contains numerous cancellations and a cast list. In Biographia Dramatica, John Payne Collier said that "it was first licensed for the Haymarket on Aug. 2. 1796 but whether it was played or not does not appear. It was afterwards brought forward at Drury Lane in Nov. 1796 with some alterations." See LA 1142.
