Document Description Manuscript copy containing no application. The title-page is dated October 25th, 1816, and has been endorsed 'Mr. Scott, Manager, Sans Pareil'. A domestic drama set in the household of Sir Barnaby Basil. The other main characters are his ward Madelon or Adele, her admirer Theodore, who is an Officer, and Basil's servants.
