Document Description John Payne Collier in Biographia Dramatica states: It was revived in 1789 or rather attempted to be revived but when the songs &c were sent to the Licenser they were 'forbidden' and that word is written on the copy in Larpent's manuscript -- No reason is apparent. See LA 464.
